Arrival and departure

The room will be reserved for your arrival until no later than 6 pm. If you will be arriving later than that time, you must inform the hotel in advance.

Cancellation and no arrival
Cancellations must be made up the day before or latest until 18:00 on the day of arrival. If you fail to arrive without cancelling in advance or if you cancel after 18:00, you will be charged for one night.

Children and extra beds
All children between the ages of 6 – 15 years can stay for half the price in a shared room with parents at our hotel. Extra bed price is NOK 250,- for 1 night.

Other information
There is no Restaurant in the house. The hotel is serving breakfast in dining room Monday-Friday at 5.30 to 10.00 and Saturdays and Sundays from 7.00 to 11.00.
It is possible to order a small evening meal, serving time usually from
Monday to Sunday from 19:00 to 21:00, please inform the hotel in advance.
Hotel has full alcohol license.
It is also possible to reserve dinner at the Panorama Restaurant Turistua (located at Mountain Salen) which is about 10-15 min walk and few minutes drive from our hotel. www.arcticcafe.no
Or in our new and exiting Arctic Culture-House Restaurant (located in town), which is 10-15 walk and 5 min drive from our hotel www.aks.no

Where to find us
The hotel is located 1.0 km from the town hall of the City Center. Make a right turn uphill as you see the Catholic Church on your right and our Arctic Culture - house on the left side. Then make a right turn from the second parting of ways on the street called Idrettsveien. Once you’ve driven 500m through the street called Idrettsveien, make a last turn right on the street called Skytterveien and you will find us at the end of that street.
